We update the tables everyday. Once the update is done we publish the date of the last update on the main page.

2. How often do you send the newsletters ?

We send you your newsletter everyday when we update the tables.

3. I am not seeing the tables after having paid my subscription what can I do?

Please try those steps:

4. I am not receiving my newsletter after having paid for it what can I do?

You need to go here: https://newborncryptocoin.com/subscribe-to-the-newsletter/ and subscribe to it in order to receive it after having paid your subscription.
If you did it and you are not receiving it please check if you added newsletter@newborncryptocoin.com to your whitelist.

5. I had a recurring subscripton but i don’t have access anymore.

Please check in your dashbord https://newborncryptocoin.com/iump-account-page/?ihc_ap_menu=transactions when was your last payment and your current level. If it’s in free, your payment hasn’t gone through. Check with your Paypal account.

You might need to make a new payment to regain access because yours has failed for some reason.

6. I had a recurring subscripton but it doesn’t seem i still do.

(If you had paid but your account disappeared, follow this step but ask us for a refund of your old subscription when you pay the new one so you dont pay 2 times)
There might have been a problem with your recurring subscription.
First go to you Paypal account and canel it (read more about that on point 7); then go to the website and create a new and then pay for it; you should then have access again.

7. How can i cancel my recurring subscription?

To cancel your recurring subscription you must go to your paypal account.
